First let me say I have tried the other brands and this machine rocks. I could not have told you what a crema was before buying this machine. I actually look forward to my coffee this machine provides a quick simple cup.
I wish they sold a sample package with one or two of each brand/flavor.
I a not a fan of starbucks but would like to see dunkin give it a go, and kona would be nice too.
Yes, I recommend this product.

The TASSIMO T20 Single Cup Brewing System by Bosch is designed with an eco-friendly, on-demand water heater for fast brewing. Just pop in your favorite coffee or tea T DISC pod, and the brewer uses INTELLIBREWTM to read the barcode identifying precise brewing instructions with the exact temperature, water, and time duration, so each and every drink is perfect. The T20 is more than a coffee maker, it provides a café experience in a stylish, easy to use compact system that offers three machine color options. You can also change up the backsplash and cup stand with different color kits. It is more than just a coffee maker.

what coffee can be used with this model?

Do we have to buy certain T cups or whatever they are for this model or can we use whatever coffee or tea or any brand of loose coffee that we want?
all T disc's will work for this model. They are other companies that make similar products but they have there own cups/pods. as of yet you can not use grounds for this machine.

Does this brewer require 1 touch or 2 touch operation?

My current tassimo model requires a first button push to heat the water and a second push to start the brewing - it's a pain in the neck. I want a 1 touch operation.
One touch. put the t disc in and and push the button. the only reason to hit the button again is if you want more coffee. The t discs are designed to supply the right amount of liquid for each type of product. On the back of the box the discs come in it explains which coffee's push which amount of liquid. For example espresso disc are not meant to provide 16 oz. cups. They push 3 oz. So if you wanted more then 3 you can hold the button down, but its going to thin out the taste.
