Does this contain sugar?

Does anyone know what the ingredients are in these crema products? I see no specific answer on the page:(
The creamy foam on top of a crema is not due to an added ingredient. I read that the foam results from the finer grind of the beans (not as fine as espresso). That causes a release of carbon dioxide from the bean in turn causing the foam. Crema styles are popular in parts of Europe, especially Italy. I can't understand why we don't find more of this in the USA. Maybe because most Americans don't drink black coffee?
